All development within the City of Springfield must now comply with federal NPDES Storm Water Phase II regulations.
The site plan and architectural plan must fully comply with the deed restrictions for the North Industrial Park, if applicable; zoning regulations; all technical and safety codes; and all other City ordinances and policies. In addition, the plans must fully comply with all federal, state and county laws, regulations and policies.
Robertson County Adequate Facilities Tax
The Robertson County adequate facilities tax for industrial and commercial facilities is $0.30 for each square foot under roof. The tax is paid on new construction or expansion only.
